So the biggest question for a first time homebuyer...after you navigate the mortgage process...aaaand find your dream home...is always the insurance piece.  If you have insurance questions and your a home owner, or want to be one, you need to talk to Morgan Breakfield with Morgan Breakfield State farm.  Buying real estate is always a challenging, and sometimes overwhelming proposition.  Have no fear, the Beard is here.  Morgan is a great friend of mine and he is a great person.  We've gone to church together, ski'd together, travelled together, so I will absolutely vouch for his character.  If you live in huntsville, madison, athens, or anywhere in the Tennessee valley, and you haven't talked to Morgan about insurance, your wrong.  He is a great agent with a great company and he was kind enough to let me steal 15 minutes of his time to put together this video.  I hope you enjoy!

So, I went and did a thing.  And it's freakin awesome!  We were talking about marketing and branding and a vehicle wrap came up in conversation.  If you know me, you know that often times I have the tendency to act on my impulses.  Often times that comes full circle to kick me in the tail.  Let me be the first to say it is both a gift and a curse, and this one, this one is the gift that keeps on giving.  Let me formally introduce you to BEARD1.  If you see us around town be sure to honk at us!

Had Henry Ford polled consumers in 1895 to find out what they deemed as the next great improvement to transportation, they would've said a faster horse.  It's not that Mr. Ford invented the car, because he didn't.  Henry Ford created an automobile within the economic grasp of average Americans.  The model T hit showroom floors in 1908 with a price tag of $825.00. Over ten thousand were sold in its first year.  By 1912 he had managed to bring the price down to $575.00 and sales soared.   By 1914, Ford could claim a 48% share of the automobile market.  Let me explain to you why the Henry Ford history lesson is relevant to Real Estate.

I had the privilege of having Chanda Davis as my instructor during my pre and post license education courses and I can assure you there in no one in the world better at getting you prepared to take and pass your state test.  Furthermore, Chanda is a beautiful person, both inside and out, and I'm excited to have the privilege of calling her friend.

Chanda has opened her own school in Huntsville and there is no question she is going to be wildly successful and if your considering getting your license you better not go anywhere else!  This video was a product of a couple of her business associates capturing some footage while we were in our post license class.  I hope you enjoy it and be sure to check her out at Superior School of Real Estate
