I have spent over 10 years in the Information Technology field and specialize in reducing energy consumption while increasing efficiency. I also have immersed myself in the realm of alternative energy including solar and wind power generation, SVO/WVO/Biodiesel, EV and Fuel Cell technology, and passive solar and geothermal heating and cooling to name a few.

Cycling is one of my personal interests as is cartooning. I also volunteer my time with a local 4-H Shooting Sports club as a state certified archery instructor as well as serve as the club’s webmaster, blogger, and photographer.

By the way – Briansrapier is a tribute to a fantastic musician by the name of Sam Pacetti. His song “Brian’s Rapier” can be heard on Rapsody.
